Competition Molkenmarkt Berlin

Together with Hans van der Heijden, MartensWillems and Christoph Grossmann Architekten, we were invited to develop a proposal for four buildings within the Molkenmarkt urban redevelopment in Berlin. Although our proposal was not selected, we are grateful to have contributed to this ambitious project.

New column 'De architect op de reservebank'

Our involvement doesn't end when planning permission is granted. We remain closely engaged throughout the design development and construction phases. But sometimes a project takes an unexpected turn. Rijnlust Alphen a/d Rijn

Planning approval has been granted for Phase 2 of Rijnlust, our residential ensemble along the Old Rhine in Alphen aan den Rijn. Phase 1, a contemporary interpretation of the site's former country estate, is currently under construction. Phase 2 will add three apartments, centred around a monumental plane tree.

Vergunning project Brussel

Planning permission has been granted for our adaptive reuse project in Brussels. The approval marks the completion of a long and collaborative process, in which the City Architect played an important role. We are now developing the refined design for tender, with construction scheduled to start in 2027.
